Cancellation policy

We use a Moderate cancellation policy for short-term stays (fewer than 28 nights). If you cancel your reservation at least 5 days before check-in, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel less than 5 days before check-in, your refund will be partial, based on how close to check-in you cancel. All bookings also include a 24-hour grace period after booking, allowing you to cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of confirming, as long as it's at least 7 days before check-in.
